If you are wondering what the "GMF" stands for, you just gotta come to a game and find out. We play a competitive and physical form of Flag Football. However, we all do know that we aren't getting paid to play football and we're not in the NFL. The difference between us and other games is that we maintain a balance between both. Our games are fun and competitive, but we don't take the game too seriously like others. The important rule to follow here is sportsmanship. Just treat other players wi …

UPDATE: We are in a "busy season" at Frost, so flag football will be sporadic until further notice. We are meeting at the shop on Sundays @ 9:30am, weather permitting... We all work at the same place except some of you. We want to get together and run around and have fun and get some exercise at the same time. This is for fun, leave your NFL rulebook at home. Call your own fouls and don't be a Dick.
We play flag football twice a month on Sundays from 930am to 1230pm (so you have time to watch the NFL games) in Cunningham Park located on 196th St and Union Turnpike in Queens. We have been doing this for 3 years now and want to meet people committed to showing up ready to play every time. Feel free to bring any friends/relatives if they want to play. We have cones and flags so all you need is cleats if that is what you prefer. GAMES WILL ALWAYS BE PLAYED REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER CONDITIONS i …

We created this group out of the belief that there should be more all-inclusive, co-ed, free, year-round pickup sports available to people living in the Boston area. Plea …

We are a group comprised of young professionals who want to be physically active by playing competitive, yet fun and exciting football games. Some of us have been playing with each other for over two years and have established a great dynamic. If you are a carefree and upbeat player w …
Football (Soccer) fans living in Boston come together to watch the best matches. We'll be setting events for the English Premier League, UEFA Champions, and really any games between good teams and worthy of being watched. If you, like the rest of us, feel a bit displaced in the US in terms of your sports preferences, then come join us at a local bar for good times, some food, maybe a few drinks, and plenty of GOOOOOOOAAALs.
Everyone knows what soccer is. Most people know that its proper name is Association Football. Most people also know what rugby is but perhaps don't know that its proper name is Rugby Football. And fewer people know that the two sports emerged from a common one, football. (The story that rugby formed from soccer because of Webb Ellis picking up a soccer ball and running with it... sorry: it's patently false). Anyhow, this group is about playing both games. You don't have to play both, however. Bu …

It's official... IT'S LOCKER TIME! Jake Locker is now the starting quarterback of the Tennessee Titans, and he's been lighting up the end zone in his preseason games this summer! Along with the newly improved CJ and a defense that has been just as impressive, the Titans will be ready to roll when the Patriots come to LP Field on September 9, 2012. The first few games on the schedule are brutal for Titans, but the back half of the season is much better. This will be an awesome season to watch …

Man U. fans of Boston unite to cheer on the greatest football team in the world: Manchester United. No 'City' fans here. Come meet at a local bar for good times, some food, maybe a few drinks, and some definite cheering as we power our way to the league title.
